We study the neural circuits supporting cognition, in particular amygdala, hippocampus and medial prefrontal cortex. We investigate how these circuits are modulated by chemical neuromodulators such as serotonin and psychedelics. We strive to dissect these phenomena at multiple levels, going from single neurons to network of neurons to behaviour. See the lab projects below for further details.
